Volkan Konak's body brought to Istanbul
The body of famous artist Volkan Konak, who collapsed during a concert in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) and passed away at the hospital where he was taken, has been brought to Istanbul.
The 58-year-old famous artist Volkan Konak, who collapsed on stage during a concert at a hotel in the TRNC, could not be saved despite all interventions at the Gazimağusa State Hospital where he was taken and passed away. Konak's body was brought from the TRNC to Istanbul Airport by plane. Konak's body was received by his relatives.

It was learned that after the funeral prayer to be held tomorrow at the Levent Hayrettin Paşa Mosque following the noon prayer, Volkan Konak's body will be buried in his hometown of Maçka, Trabzon.
