Warning to Bahar Candan in prison: 'This is not a luxury restaurant in Etiler!'

It has been alleged that sisters Bahar and Nihal Candan, who were arrested on charges of fraud and money laundering, caused problems from their first day at the prison where they were sent.

ARGUED WITH AN OFFICER

Journalist Emrullah Erdinç, who is following the process, made the following claim in his broadcast:

"I learned that Nihal cries very often in prison, that she is constantly crying and not speaking at all, but that Bahar Candan is a bit more aggressive and is in a constant state of argument with the correctional officers."

THEY DID NOT LIKE THE FOOD

Continuing his statements, Erdinç said, "Bahar is constantly complaining about the environment, so the officers raised their voices slightly in one or two places. They warned her that this is not a luxury restaurant in Etiler. Bahar Candan did not want to get up for the first morning roll call, so the correctional officers made her get up for the roll call and warned her there as well. Bahar and Nihal Candan did not like the food; that is their biggest complaint."
