Having completed her primary, secondary, and high school education in Ankara, Türkeş completed her higher education in Economics at Bilkent University and her MBA at Bilgi University, respectively.

She received her doctorate in Banking from Marmara University.

Türkeş continued her career in New York, the financial center of the USA, between 2012 and 2023.

Ayyüce Türkeş became the IYI Party's candidate for Mayor of Adana Metropolitan Municipality ahead of the 2024 Turkish local elections.
