The gang, which included Yusuf Atala, defrauded a total of 36 thousand people, including judges, prosecutors, and bureaucrats, with the promise of free vacations.

As a result of the investigation, 29 suspects were detained in the operation. The procedures at the prosecutor's office were completed for the suspects, who are alleged to have victimized thousands of people under the name of 'timeshare vacation' in Yalova, as well as in Adana, Istanbul, Kütahya, and the Kuşadası district of Aydın.

Yusuf Atala, who was brought before a judge, was arrested on charges of 'establishing an organization for the purpose of committing a crime' and 'fraud during the commercial activities of the organization,' while 16 people were released under judicial control conditions.
