“There are currently 6 visible fractures in my right ribs and fragmentation in the cartilage. This morning, a drain was inserted to address bleeding and lung collapse resulting from the fractured pieces piercing the lung.”
Continuing his statement with information about his treatment process in the hospital, Atan touched upon the difficulties of the process he is going through, stating:
“We are going through a difficult process, but thank God for everything. It looks like we will have at least a week-long hospital stay. I am grateful to everyone who has not withheld their prayers and kind wishes.”
