Yasak Elma's Asuman joins the cast of Kızıl Goncalar

The cast of the series Kızıl Goncalar, starring Özcan Deniz, Özgü Namal, Mert Yazıcıoğlu, Erkan Avcı, Hazal Türesan, Mert Turak, Selen Öztürk, Şerif Erol, and Duygu Sarışın, continues to expand. Most recently, Melisa Doğu, who previously acted in Yasak Elma, has joined the production.

According to a report by journalist Birsen Altuntaş, Melisa Doğu has joined the cast of the series, which is directed by Ömür Atay and written by Necati Şahin, and will portray the character of Ayza.

Doğu will join the team as a figure from the sect, accompanied by her son, Affan.

Born in Istanbul in 1981, the actress is a graduate of the Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University State Conservatory Theater Department. In addition to acting, she works as an instructor and acting coach. She began modeling and acting at the age of 14. She is the youngest model to have walked the runway in Turkey. She left modeling after attending the conservatory.
