Achieving many successes throughout her career, Zehra Güneş has attained significant accomplishments under the VakıfBank jersey, including 2 FIVB Volleyball Women's Club World Championship titles, 1 CEV Champions League title, 2 Turkish League titles, 1 Turkish Cup title, and 1 Turkish Super Cup title.
Furthermore, she also has a successful career at the national team level. She has achieved successes such as a fourth-place finish in the world with the youth national team, Balkan and EYOF championships, a third-place finish in Europe and a fourth-place finish in the world with the junior national team, and a World Championship with the U23 team. Finally, she was part of the squad that became VNL Champions by defeating China with a score of 3-1 in the final match played with the Turkish National Team in the Volleyball Nations League. She was also awarded as the Best Middle Blocker in the same tournament.
