The incident occurred in the evening hours on Gülbahar Street in the Söğütlü Çeşme neighborhood of Küçükçekmece. According to allegations, an argument broke out between S.A. (14), a foreign national, and S.K. (17) for an unknown reason.

As the argument quickly escalated into a fight, both parties fired weapons at each other.

Upon notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the street. The 2 injured individuals were taken to the hospital by ambulance after receiving initial intervention from medical teams.

S.A., the foreign national among the injured, could not be saved despite all interventions at the hospital and lost their life. It was learned that S.K. was injured in the foot.

Crime scene investigation teams arrived on the street to conduct an examination. The security forces' investigation into the matter is ongoing.
