180,000 TL fine for individual who exited vehicle with intent to attack
In Gaziantep, an individual who persistently followed another vehicle after a traffic dispute and exited his car with the intent to attack was issued an administrative fine of 180,000 TL. The individual, whose actions were captured on camera, had his driver's license suspended for 60 days, and his vehicle was banned from traffic for 60 days and towed to a parking lot.
Gaziantep Provincial Gendarmerie Command teams conducted an investigation into an individual who persistently followed another vehicle after a traffic dispute and exited his car with the intent to attack on the Başpınar Viaduct of the Tarsus-Adana-Gaziantep (TAG) highway in the Nurdağı section.
As a result of the efforts, the individual, identified as S.A., who had persistently followed another vehicle after a traffic dispute and exited his car with the intent to attack, was apprehended.
The apprehended individual was issued an administrative fine of 180,000 TL under the relevant Highway Traffic Law, and his driver's license was suspended for 60 days.
The individual's vehicle was also banned from traffic for 60 days and delivered to a trustee parking lot.
