22,000 TL natural gas bill for a two-person family
A two-person family living in the Kapaklı district of Tekirdağ received a natural gas bill for 22,913 Turkish Liras. While 10,130 liras of the amount was covered by state support, the remaining 12,782 liras were reflected as a payment obligation for the family.
Arguing that the bill amount is extraordinary, the homeowner, F.K., recalled that they only received a natural gas bill of 173 liras last month.
Stating that they believe the amount received this month is a mistake, F.K. said, "Only two people live in the house; it is impossible for such a high bill to arrive.
Other apartments in the building were billed around 100-200 liras," they said.

THEY COULD NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT HAPPENED
F.K. explained that after receiving the bill, they wanted to report the situation to the authorities but could not reach anyone, saying, "We called immediately upon seeing the bill, but the phones were not answered.
We do not understand how such a high debt was generated," describing the grievance they experienced.
The family is demanding that the bill, which they believe is erroneous, be corrected.
