7 hand grenades found in Lake Eğirdir
7 hand grenades have been found in Lake Eğirdir, located in the Eğirdir district of Isparta.
The incident occurred at the public beach in the Babasultan area of the Eğirdir district.
According to the information obtained, a citizen who entered Lake Eğirdir to swim noticed explosive materials on the lakeshore and reported them.
Upon the report, police teams were dispatched to the area.
After conducting an inspection and confirming that there were 7 hand grenades in the lake, the teams took extensive security measures and closed the beach to entry and exit.

14 HAND GRENADES FOUND IN THE LAST MONTH
It was learned that bomb disposal experts from the Istanbul Naval Forces Command are expected to arrive to safely remove the hand grenades from the water.
Last month, 7 hand grenades were also found in Lake Eğirdir.
Thus, a total of 14 hand grenades have been found in Lake Eğirdir within the last month.
