According to the information obtained, teams from the Kayseri Provincial Police Department's Cyber Crimes Combat Branch conducted virtual patrols on the internet to combat crime and criminals.

During the patrols conducted by the teams, it was determined that some accounts on social media platforms were sharing sexually explicit and obscene images, as well as content aimed at undermining the social structure, which violate general moral standards, disrupt the Turkish family and social structure, and could be accessed by children and negatively affect their psychosocial development.

In order to prevent the spread of the aforementioned posts on social media platforms and the internet, access to 31 social media accounts was blocked.
