Allegations of harassment by retired judge on bus
A retired judge, who allegedly filmed a woman on a private public bus in Adana, has been detained. The retired judge was referred to court and released under judicial control conditions.
The incident occurred on a private public bus in the city. According to the allegations, a passenger on the bus reacted to 75-year-old retired judge A.M.A., asking, "Why are you filming the woman's legs?"
Upon this, 44-year-old G.T. realized that the retired judge was taking inappropriate photos of her. Following G.T.'s reaction to the 75-year-old retired judge on the bus, an argument broke out between other passengers and the retired judge.
The bus driver then locked the vehicle's doors, drove to the Bağlar Police Station, and reported the situation to the police. The retired judge was taken into custody by teams from the Seyhan District Police Department.
The suspect was released under judicial control conditions by the court to which he was referred. Meanwhile, the events that took place inside the bus were captured on security cameras.
