The incident occurred around 9:00 PM on Sultan Murat Street in the Sultan Murat neighborhood of the Küçükçekmece district. According to the information obtained, two people on a motorcycle carried out an armed attack on a person walking on the sidewalk on the street.

While the man walking on the sidewalk was wounded in the leg, the incident was captured on security cameras. Upon notification, numerous police teams were dispatched to the scene.

Medical teams arriving at the scene provided the first intervention to the wounded individual. It was learned that the person, who was wounded in the leg, was taken to the hospital and is not in life-threatening condition.

Police teams have launched an investigation to apprehend the attackers.
