Arrests made in bungalow hidden camera case
The owner of a bungalow in the Sapanca district of Sakarya and another suspect have been arrested following allegations of surveillance using a hidden camera.
The Sakarya Governor's Office took action after allegations surfaced in the public domain that surveillance was being conducted with a hidden camera in a bungalow in the district.
A judicial and administrative investigation was launched, and an inspection was carried out at the business in question.
As a result of the investigation, the business owner, H.K. (31), and another suspect, T.S., were taken into custody by police teams.
The suspects were referred to the courthouse after their procedures were completed and were subsequently arrested by the duty magistrate.
Meanwhile, it was learned that the business in question has been sealed indefinitely by the district municipality.
