A balcony on the top floor of a 5-story building in Güngören, Istanbul, has collapsed. Pedestrians narrowly escaped being hit by the falling debris, and the incident was captured moment-by-moment on security cameras.
The incident occurred around 15:30 in the Güngören Mareşal Çakmak neighborhood on Bağcılar Street. According to reports, a balcony on the top floor of a 5-story building on the street collapsed.
