‘Blue tongue’ quarantine in an Adana neighborhood
A neighborhood in the İmamoğlu district of Adana has been placed under quarantine due to the blue tongue disease seen in animals.
In a statement made by the İmamoğlu District Governorship, it was stated, "A quarantine decision has been taken for Yazıtepe Neighborhood due to the blue tongue disease seen in animals.
The entry and exit of animals to neighborhoods located near Yazıtepe Neighborhood have been prohibited for the duration of the quarantine.
Disinfection, environmental spraying, and necessary training activities have been carried out in the neighborhood.”
