Boat and bus torched in family debt dispute
It has been revealed that the simultaneous fires involving a tourism company's bus and a boat belonging to the family that owns the company in the Cide district of Kastamonu were the result of arson.
According to the information obtained, a fire broke out in a parked passenger bus belonging to a tourism company in the Cide district of Kastamonu. Upon notification by citizens who saw the fire, fire crews were dispatched to the scene.
The fire was brought under control and extinguished with the intervention of the teams that arrived at the scene. During the incident, a fire also broke out on a boat located at Cide Port belonging to the family that owns the tourism company.

Citizens who saw the fire reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the report, fire crews were dispatched to the port. The fire on the boat was extinguished with the intervention of the teams. While it was assessed that the fires were the result of arson, police teams launched an investigation into both fires.

As a result of the investigations carried out by the police teams, it was determined that the boat and the bus were torched by E.A. It was learned that the detained individual set fire to the boat and the bus due to an internal family debt dispute. The individual's processing at the police station is ongoing.
