A FINE OF 147 THOUSAND 439 LIRA WAS ISSUED!
The driver was fined a total of 147 thousand 439 lira, consisting of 138 thousand 172 lira for installing an unauthorized flashing light system and 9 thousand 267 lira for driving under the influence.

BANNED FROM TRAFFIC
While the vehicle was banned from traffic for 30 days, the driver's license was also confiscated for a period of 7 months.
