Collapse at a stone quarry in Ordu: 2 people trapped under debris
It has been reported that 2 people are trapped under debris following a collapse at a stone quarry operating in the Fatsa district of Ordu.
According to the information obtained, a collapse occurred during operations at a stone quarry located near the Ordu-Çamaş highway.
A construction machine and a truck working at the quarry during the incident were trapped under the sliding material.
Upon notification, AFAD, fire department, gendarmerie, and medical teams were dispatched to the region.
It has been learned that the teams have begun efforts to reach the two people trapped under the debris.
