Collision while trying to yield to a pedestrian
In Adıyaman, 3 people were injured after a car stopped to yield to a pedestrian was struck by another vehicle.
According to the information obtained, Yusuf K., who was driving the car with license plate 02 AJ 918, wanted to yield to pedestrian Cemile B., who was trying to cross the road near the Provincial Police Department on Atatürk Boulevard.
At that moment, the car with license plate 02 AEN 863, driven by Hüseyin O., which was coming from behind, struck the stationary car.
Due to the force of the collision, the stationary car moved forward and hit the pedestrian.
In the accident that occurred, both vehicle drivers and the pedestrian, Cemile B., were injured.
The 3 injured individuals were taken to Adıyaman Training and Research Hospital after receiving initial medical intervention from the emergency teams that arrived at the scene.
An investigation into the accident has been initiated.
