Three dead dolphins were found washed ashore in Sinop. Authorities have taken samples from the dolphins and launched an investigation into the cause of death.
Citizens walking on the beach in the Bostancılı neighborhood of Sinop discovered three dead dolphins on the shore.
Upon notification by the citizens, teams from the Sinop Municipality arrived at the scene and removed the dead dolphins with the help of heavy machinery, transporting them to the area where they will be buried.
Officials from the Sinop University Faculty of Fisheries have taken samples from the dolphins and launched an investigation into the causes of their deaths.
