Death toll rises to 2 in armed brawl at Şanlıurfa bus terminal
One of the people injured in an armed brawl at the intercity bus terminal in Şanlıurfa has passed away, bringing the death toll from the incident to 2.
Muhammet Deveci, who was injured in an armed brawl between relatives over a debt dispute at the intercity bus terminal in Şanlıurfa yesterday and was receiving treatment in the hospital, could not be saved despite medical interventions. While the number of people who died in the brawl has risen to 2, the treatment of the 9 injured individuals continues.
Police teams have detained 5 people identified as being involved in the brawl.
In the armed and stick-wielding brawl that broke out yesterday night between a group of people who arrived at the bus terminal and those at a ticket sales office over a debt dispute, 1 person had died and 10 people, including 1 police officer, had been injured.
