Citizens visiting the tomb encountered piles of napkins, dirty floors, and foul odors in the area where the sinks are located.
The unsightly scenes at the tomb, which holds high spiritual value, were captured on video by a citizen.
Citizens expressed their reaction to seeing such scenes at a place of pilgrimage considered sacred.
