Drunk driver's license permanently revoked after accident
In Aksaray, the driver's license of an intoxicated individual who crashed into another vehicle has been permanently revoked.
The accident occurred around 21:00 on Büyük Bölcek Street in the Büyük Bölcek neighborhood.
According to the information obtained, the Hyundai brand vehicle with license plate 42 HT 332, driven by Sadi K. (42), who got behind the wheel after consuming alcohol, collided with a Toyota brand light commercial vehicle with license plate 68 AGJ 081, driven by Yunus Emre S. (32), while traveling toward the city center.
While there were no injuries in the accident, local citizens reported the situation to the 112 Emergency Call Center. Upon the report, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The police teams, who arrived at the scene in a short time, took security measures on the road to prevent another accident.

Subsequently, the police conducted a breathalyzer test on the drivers and determined that Sadi K. had a blood alcohol level of 1.72 promille.
The driver was fined 25 thousand liras for driving under the influence, and his license was permanently revoked after it was determined that he was a probationary driver.
The vehicle was banned from traffic and towed to a parking lot. The driver, against whom judicial proceedings were initiated, was taken to the police station by public security teams to have his statement taken.
