Father and uncle arrested in case of body found semi-buried
In the Akçakale district of Şanlıurfa, a father and an uncle have been arrested in connection with the death of a young man whose body was found semi-buried and partially dismembered in a field.
According to the information obtained, the incident occurred on January 27 in the Kepezli neighborhood of Akçakale district.
Kadir Tabazığ (26), who worked as a farmer in a field, left his home in the Kurudere neighborhood on the night of January 12.
When he did not return, his relatives filed a missing person report for Tabazığ, a father of 3. Despite search efforts, Tabazığ could not be located until he was found semi-buried in the ground in an empty field at a spot where dogs had gathered, drawing the attention of local residents; his body was partially dismembered. An autopsy determined that Kadir Tabazığ had been shot in the head with a handgun, and his body was laid to rest following the procedures.
FATHER AND UNCLE ARRESTED
Within the scope of the investigation launched into the incident, the gendarmerie detained 11 people. Following their processing at the gendarmerie, the father, I.T., and the uncle, A.T., were among the suspects referred to the courthouse and were arrested, while the other suspects were released pending trial.
