Fight between girls ends in bloodshed

In Gaziantep, one person was injured in a knife fight between girls over a boyfriend dispute.

The incident occurred in the Fatih Sultan neighborhood of the Nizip district. According to allegations, an argument broke out between girls identified as E.B., I.T., and N.G. while they were sitting in a park, due to a boyfriend dispute.

As the argument escalated quickly, I.T. pulled out a knife she was carrying and wounded N.G. in the leg.

Upon notification of the situation by citizens in the vicinity to the 112 Emergency Health Center, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene.

Following the initial intervention by the medical teams that arrived at the scene, the injured young girl was taken to Nizip State Hospital.

An investigation into the incident has been launched.
