Fire at a banana ripening facility in Alanya: Tons of bananas damaged
A fire that broke out at a banana ripening warehouse in the Demirtaş Vegetable and Fruit Market in Alanya, Antalya, has been brought under control by firefighting teams. While no one was injured in the fire, tons of bananas were damaged.
The fireoccurred around 9:30 PM at the Demirtaş Vegetable and Fruit Market in Alanya's Demirtaş neighborhood. According to the information obtained,the fire, which started in the banana ripening warehouse for anundetermined reason, grew in a shorttime and spread to the adjacentwarehouse.Itspread.

Due to the flames, tons of bananas in the warehouses were damaged. Upon receiving the report, fire, gendarmerie, and crime scene investigation teams were dispatched to the scene. With the interventionof the firefighting teams, the firewas brought under control andextinguished. Crime scene investigation teams are investigating the fireconducted an inspection in the area where the firebroke out. An investigation into the fire has been launched.
