A fire broke out for reasons yet to be determined in an 8-story building in Kadıköy, Istanbul. As the flames rising from the building grew quickly, bystanders notified the authorities.
Following the report, numerous fire, police, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. While teams intervened in the fire, they also launched an operation to evacuate those trapped in the building.
Medical teams provided initial treatment to those affected by smoke. These individuals were subsequently transported to the hospital by ambulance.
It was reported that fire intervention and evacuation efforts are ongoing. An investigation into the cause of the fire is expected to be launched.
