Hanged himself due to debt
In the Melikgazi district of Kayseri, an individual who was allegedly in debt committed suicide by hanging himself in the basement of the building where he lived.
According to the information obtained, N.Ö. (24), who resided in a 7-story building on Yayın Street in the Şirintepe neighborhood, was found hanging from a natural gas pipe in the building's basement, allegedly due to being in debt.
Upon notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the area.
While police teams took security measures in the surrounding area, medical teams determined upon their initial intervention that N.Ö. had lost his life.
Following the examination conducted by the teams, N.Ö.'s lifeless body was taken to the hospital morgue.
An investigation into the incident has been launched.
