He caused the death of his 1.5-year-old son with the vehicle he was reversing
In the Serik district of Antalya, a father reversing a shuttle minibus in front of his house struck his 1.5-year-old son. The young child, who was rushed to the hospital, lost his life.
The accident occurred in the Gebiz neighborhood of Serik district.
According to the information obtained, M.Ş. struck his 1.5-year-old son, Y.E.Ş., while reversing his minibus in front of their home.
The young child, who remained under the vehicle, was seriously injured and was taken to the Gebiz Emergency Health Center by his relatives.
1.5-year-old Y.E.Ş. lost his life despite all interventions performed there.
The child's body was sent to the Antalya Forensic Medicine Institute.
Following the incident, an investigation was launched by the gendarmerie teams, and it was learned that the inquiry into the accident is ongoing.
