He drove over him without stopping, then reported himself while heading to the bus terminal
In Sivas, a bus driver called the gendarmerie while on his way to the bus terminal, reporting that he might have driven over a person. An investigation in the area revealed a dismembered male corpse.
According to the information obtained, at around 22:00, the driver of a passenger bus with license plate 34 JB 2069, belonging to the Ağrı Vip company and traveling from Doğubeyazıt to İzmir, identified as A.K., hit something he could not fully identify 20 kilometers before reaching the Sivas Bus Terminal.
The driver, who did not stop and continued on his way, called the gendarmerie and reported that he might have driven over a person.
When the bus entered the Sivas Bus Terminal, gendarmerie teams took the driver into custody and inspected the surface and undercarriage of the bus.

The teams, who did not find any signs of impact on the bus, searched for the injured person near Göydün village in the Hafik district on the Sivas-Erzincan highway, where the driver claimed the incident occurred.
During the search, a dismembered male corpse was found.
The prosecutor who went to the scene initiated an investigation to identify the deceased and determine the cause of death. The bus, along with its passengers, is being held at the bus terminal until the incident is clarified.
