Police responding to a report of a fight in Konya found a mother, father, and one of their two children shot to death. It was determined that the 28-year-old man had shot and killed his mother, father, and brother before taking his own life.

The incident occurred in the evening hours at an apartment building in the Parsana neighborhood of the central Selçuklu district.

According to the information obtained, police teams were dispatched to the address following a report of a fight in an apartment. Upon arriving at the home and opening the door, the teams found the lifeless bodies of the mother, father, and one of the family's two sons, all of whom had been shot.

Teams conducting an investigation at the scene determined that Ali Tunç (28) had killed his brother Hasan Can Tunç (18), his mother Canfeda Tunç (51), and his father Nurettin Tunç (50) before shooting himself to commit suicide.

Following the examinations at the scene, the bodies were transported to the Forensic Medicine Institute morgue.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
