He killed his wife, put her body in a bag, and threw it in the garden

According to allegations, 41-year-old Esma Biçer, who resided on 934 Street in the Bahçelievler neighborhood of central Adıyaman, was strangled to death by her husband, Kemal Biçer, for reasons yet to be determined. The individual, Kemal Biçer, put the body of his wife, Esma Biçer, whom he had killed, into a bag and threw it into the garden. 

After the body inside the bag began to emit an odor after some time, local residents who were disturbed by the smell noticed the situation and informed the police. Police teams arrived at the scene in a short time and conducted investigations. Following the examination by the police teams, Esma Biçer's body was taken to the Adıyaman Training and Research Hospital morgue for an autopsy.

Kemal Biçer, who killed his wife, a mother of 3, was caught and taken into custody as a result of the work carried out by police teams.

The individual was taken to the police station for questioning. The investigation into the matter is ongoing.
