He killed the woman he argued with, then cut his wrists
In Gaziantep, a mother of 4 was stabbed to death in her home by an individual she had an argument with.
The incident occurred in the evening hours in the Tahtani neighborhood of the Nizip district. According to allegations, an argument broke out for an unknown reason at home between Hatice Kübra D., a mother of 4, two of whom are disabled, and an individual whose name has not yet been learned. As the argument escalated, the suspect stabbed Hatice Kübra D. in the chest with a knife he was carrying.
One of the children who was at home during the incident noticed the situation, went to the police station, and asked for help by saying, "my mother is wounded at home." Upon the notification, police and medical teams arrived at the neighborhood and entered the house after neighbors stated there were two wounded people inside. The severely wounded Hatice Kübra D. and the suspect of the incident were taken to the hospital after initial intervention. It was learned that the suspect attempted suicide by cutting his wrists after the incident.
The mother of 4, Hatice Kübra D., who was taken under treatment at the hospital, could not be saved despite all interventions by doctors and lost her life. The woman's body was taken to the Gaziantep Forensic Medicine Institute for an autopsy.
On the other hand, it was learned that the deceased woman's husband is in prison. A comprehensive investigation into the incident has been initiated.
