A citizen named Turan Karip, who keeps pigeons, burns a stove day and night to protect his birds from the freezing weather. Caring for his pigeons like his children, Karip devotes most of his time to them, showing a great example of sacrifice.

Karip said, "We have many friends in the bird community, and they all love birds very much. Caring for the birds doesn't cost much in the summer, but in the winter, at minus 20 degrees, we burn the stove 2-3 times a day. Because we love the birds so much, we look after them just as we look after our children in our homes. When you do a job with love, it doesn't feel difficult."
