The rainfall is affecting the entire city, particularly in Taksim and Yenibosna.
Citizens heading home from work in the evening, who were caught unprepared, faced difficult moments and sought shelter at bus stops.
Puddles formed in some areas due to the precipitation. Vehicles in traffic were seen struggling to navigate the water-covered roads.
