Individual who posted photos with a firearm while on prison leave sent back to prison
In the Bucak district of Burdur, an individual who was released from prison on leave shared photos of himself with a handgun on his social media account, accompanied by threatening posts. Captured by gendarmerie teams, the suspect was found in possession of an unlicensed handgun and was sent back to prison.
According to the information obtained, D.B., who had been released from prison on leave, shared photos of himself with a handgun on his social media account and used threatening language.
Upon these posts, teams from the Bucak District Gendarmerie Command took action and launched an investigation to apprehend the suspect under the coordination of the Bucak Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.

D.B. was captured in an operation, and one unlicensed handgun was seized from him. Following the procedures at the gendarmerie, the individual was returned to prison.
While an investigation into the incident has been initiated, it was stated that security forces continue their efforts with determination against individuals and events that threaten public order.
