Investigation launched into 'sexually explicit song' allegations at school

The Bursa Governor's Office announced that an investigation has been launched into the incident and that inspectors have been assigned.

An event was held on June 12 at Dr. Necla Yazıcıoğlu Primary School in the central Osmangazi district. It was noted that a 'rapper' named Emirhan Çakal, who sang for children under the guise of 'entertainment' at the school he graduated from, performed songs containing sexual content and immoral propositions.

This situation, which took place in the school garden, once again highlighted the lack of control in educational institutions. After the footage appeared on social media, the Bursa Governor's Office launched an investigation.

The Governor's Office stated, "Regarding the news published in some social media accounts and press outlets under the headline 'Disgrace at Primary School, They Are Poisoning Young Children with Immorality,' education inspectors have been assigned by our Governor's Office to conduct the necessary examination and investigation into those responsible, considering that an individual named Emirhan Çakal, who is not a staff member of our school, sang in the school garden, and that these song lyrics are not in accordance with moral values and would negatively affect the psychological and social development of children. Respectfully announced to the public."
