Investigation launched into teachers' champagne celebration
An investigation has been launched into footage recorded during a graduation ceremony at Bornova Yahya Kemal Beyatlı Secondary School in the Bornova district of İzmir.
The İzmir Provincial Directorate of National Education has launched an investigation into footage showing teachers popping champagne at a school in Bornova.
It was revealed that the footage was recorded during a graduation ceremony in June.
INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED
Following the circulation of the video in question, the İzmir Provincial Directorate of National Education took action.
An investigation has been initiated regarding the footage of an individual, identified as a physical education teacher, popping champagne in the schoolyard.
Meanwhile, new footage that has emerged showing the teachers dancing has also been taken under review.
