Mesir Paste Festival concerts postponed
The concerts of artists scheduled to perform as part of the 486th International Mesir Paste Festival in Manisa have been postponed due to the attacks in Şanlıurfa and Kahramanmaraş.
It has been announced that the public concerts planned as part of the 486th International Mesir Paste Festival, held this year in Manisa, have been postponed to a later date due to the tragic events that have occurred.
In a public statement issued by the Manisa Metropolitan Municipality, it was stated that the concert programs were postponed following the attacks in Şanlıurfa and Kahramanmaraş that resulted in the loss of lives of teachers and students, and that it is planned for these events to be held within the scope of the May 19 Commemoration of Atatürk, Youth and Sports Day week.
It was learned that the concerts of Zeynep Bastık, Simge, Kibariye, and Duman, who were expected to take the stage as part of the festival, will also be held at a later date within this scope.
The statement also emphasized that other traditional ceremonies and cultural events within the festival will continue according to the current program schedule, while expressing condolences to the families and the nation, and wishing mercy for the teachers and students who lost their lives.
