Mother and baby struck by bus in Bursa
A mother and her baby were injured after being struck by a public bus while attempting to cross the street in Bursa. Other children accompanying the woman escaped the accident without injury.
The accident occurred on Cemal Nadir Street in the Şehreküstü neighborhood of the central Osmangazi district. According to the information obtained, a public bus in motion struck a woman and her baby as they were attempting to cross the street.
While the woman and the baby were injured by the impact, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification by citizens in the area. The injured, who received their initial medical intervention at the scene, were taken by ambulance to the Bursa Yüksek İhtisas Training and Research Hospital for treatment.
The children who were with the woman escaped the accident without injury but experienced great fear following the incident.
Police teams have launched an investigation into the accident.
