The incident occurred on İnönü Street in the İnönü neighborhood of central Bingöl. A woman, talking on the phone with one hand and pushing a stroller with the other, arrived in front of a store on the street.

Continuing to talk on the phone, the woman left the stroller without locking it and began choosing clothes.

Meanwhile, the stroller began to roll toward the road with the baby inside.

Seeing the situation on the security camera, the business owner, Mehmet Karaca, ran out of the shop. As the stroller tipped over off the sidewalk, the baby was saved from injury thanks to the protective guard on the front.
