Nalan Temelkıran murdered in Kütahya: Suspect claims 'witchcraft'
51-year-old Nalan Temelkıran was subjected to a knife attack at her workplace in Kütahya. The statement of the apprehended suspect has emerged.
51-year-old Nalan Temelkıran, who was subjected to a knife attack at a gift shop located on the historic Germiyan Street in the Pirler neighborhood of Kütahya, has lost her life.
It is alleged that Temelkıran, a mother of two, was stabbed by Salih T., who had come to her workplace. Upon notification, health and police teams were dispatched to the area. Medical teams determined that Temelkıran had passed away at the scene.

Initial examinations revealed that there were numerous stab wounds on Temelkıran's body. It was determined that the suspect, who fled the scene after the attack, was in the Gaybiefendi neighborhood.

Salih T., who was caught in an operation organized by police teams, was taken into custody and brought to the police station. It was stated that in his testimony, the suspect claimed that Temelkıran's son and his own daughter were former lovers who had broken up some time ago.
It was reported that Salih T. alleged that Temelkıran had "cast a spell" on his daughter and that he carried out the knife attack during an argument that broke out for this reason. It was learned that there had been previous arguments between the parties for the same reason.
