Number of workers hospitalized in Ankara due to suspected poisoning rises to 154
The number of workers who were hospitalized after falling ill following a meal in the Sincan district of Ankara has risen to 154.
The incident occurred at a construction site located in the Sincan district.
According to allegations, 120 workers were hospitalized after falling ill following a meal they ate from a catering company.
It was learned that the number of workers who applied to hospitals with suspected food poisoning has risen to 154.
While 8 of the 154 people taken to surrounding hospitals have been discharged, it was learned that the treatment of 142 of them is continuing in emergency departments.
It was stated that the treatment of 4 workers is continuing in intensive care. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
