Police patrol car and car collide: 3 injured, including 2 officers
In Malatya, 3 people, including 2 police officers, were injured following a collision between a police patrol car and a civilian vehicle.
The accident occurred at midnight near the Malatya Intercity Bus Terminal (MAŞTİ) on the Malatya-Ankara highway. 
According to the information obtained, a police patrol car carrying traffic officers collided with a car while traveling in the area.
In the accident, the 2 police officers in the patrol car sustained minor injuries, while the driver of the car became trapped in the vehicle.

Upon notification, police, fire, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The driver trapped in the vehicle was extracted by fire department crews. The injured were taken to the hospital after receiving initial medical intervention at the scene. It was learned that the police officers, who were taken to the hospital as a precaution, are in good health.
An investigation into the accident has been initiated.
