Prostitution raid in Bandırma
In a prostitution operation conducted by police teams in the Bandırma district of Balıkesir, 3 people were issued administrative fines, and one woman was referred to the Venereal Diseases Commission.
Following the discovery that prostitution was taking place at a residence on NATO Street in the 100. Yıl neighborhood, teams from the Bandırma District Police Department conducted a raid on the address.
During the operation, it was determined that a woman identified as H.T. (57) was engaging in sexual intercourse for money via social media. H.T. was referred to the Venereal Diseases Commission to be checked for infectious diseases.

In the operation, a total administrative fine of 12 thousand 111 TL was imposed on 3 individuals identified as having engaged in sexual intercourse with H.T. for money. Additionally, the residence where the prostitution took place was sealed and closed for 90 days.
It was reported that the Bandırma District Police Department will continue its inspections and operations as part of the fight against prostitution.
