Radar panic causes accident: Car overturns into ditch
In Karabük, a car overturned into a ditch after the driver made a sudden brake upon noticing a speed enforcement vehicle.
The accident occurred on the Karabük-Eskipazar highway near the Acıöz village location.
The car with license plate 78 ABJ 477, driven by Ramazan G. and traveling in the direction of Eskipazar, overturned and flipped into the ditch on the left side of the road after the driver lost steering control to avoid hitting the vehicle in front, which had braked suddenly upon noticing a speed enforcement vehicle.
While there were no injuries in the accident, the vehicle sustained material damage.
Driver Ramazan G. stated that he would file a complaint against the vehicle he claimed caused the accident.
The car, which ended up upside down as a result of the accident, was turned over with the help of a tractor, while Gendarmerie and regional traffic teams have launched an investigation.
