Ran away from home after her mobile phone was taken away
A search operation has been launched for a 13-year-old girl who ran away from home in the Saimbeyli district of Adana after her mother took her mobile phone away, and has not been heard from since.
According to the information obtained, 13-year-old İklim Nur İnce argued with her mother, Nuran İnce, at their home in the Himmetli neighborhood yesterday evening because her mother had taken her mobile phone away.
As the argument escalated, family elders who heard the commotion arrived at the house.
During this time, İklim Nur ran away from home. İklim Nur İnce's family reported the situation to the gendarmerie.
Following the missing person report, search and rescue teams were dispatched to the region. A search operation was launched around İnce's home using tracking dogs.
"She ran away from her grandfather"
Mother Nuran İnce said, "I am İklim's mother. We argued around 12 o'clock at night because I took her phone away.
She said, 'Give me my phone,' and I didn't. After the argument, my mother and father arrived. I told my father, 'Take her away.'
My father said, 'Come on, let's go to our place, my daughter.' Because I didn't give her the phone, she ran away from her grandfather. May God be pleased with our state, the teams have arrived, she is being searched for everywhere. Let teams come from everywhere, let's find my daughter," she said.
The teams are continuing their search efforts to find a trace of İklim Nur İnce in the surrounding forest as well as in the river.
