The heavy rainfall that hit the Sarıyer district of Istanbul negatively affected transportation, particularly in Ayazağa.

Following the downpour, some roads turned into lakes, and footage emerged showing vehicles stuck in water accumulations.

In the footage captured in Ayazağa, it was seen that many vehicles were unable to move and remained stranded on the water-covered road.

Drivers and local residents experienced difficult moments as streets in the area were submerged.

It was reported that after the downpour, water flowed intensely from retaining and garden walls, with the walls resembling waterfalls in some spots.

Transportation disruptions occurred in areas where the rainfall was effective due to water accumulation.
